• Began my way up - alongside a hard working team in BioPharma Manufacturing - by becoming a more senior member of the team who could be called upon for my understanding on multiple areas that I worked in:Machine operation, Vacuum forming. Production from working drawings & Material Preparation.• Also became accustomed to Audits and the preparation that proceeds them - Training, GMP, WSI, Strict Gowning & Hygiene, ISO Requirements• Communication & Foresight were of top priority – Ensuring said objectives were understood by fellow workers, mistakes were minimized, and a standard of work was upheld. Reporting to Quality and or peers as required.• Leadership & Time Management – Chosen as next in command (Given the role of temporary Utility - When Management were unavailable). Working as part of a team to meet an end-of-day deadlines - Efficiency and Coordination (Production order 80 units - 20 per box - to be sealed and packaged.) Always on time for work (Early and punctual start of 6am in ISO 7 Clean room.)
