- Managed the Lumber, Building Materials, Millwork, Hardware and Tools departments. - Oversaw the Project Specialist for Exteriors, who sells home projects like windows, roofing, siding, fencing, decks and the like in home. - Led the Pro Services desk, seeing great growth in a Pro Sales and dramatically growing out contractor sales. - Oversaw the Front End, Receiving, and Freight Flow process.- Responsible for analyzing business, setting direction, and overcoming obstacles to achieve the goals of the store.- Continually created recognition programs for praising and encouraging associates who excel at their job. - Created close bond with both employees and customers.

I began as the Jr High Intern, became Student Ministries Intern, then became Director of Student Ministries in March of 2006. In June of 2007, upon graduation from Seminary, I became Pastor of Student Ministries. I was in charge of Jr High, High School, and College, overseeing a staff of 20-25 adults. My regular responsibilities included teaching multiple times a week, setting teaching schedules, organizing events and activities, and organizing camps or retreats as much as 6 times a year.
