PTFI-MOPH1 SAG3 & Copper Cleaner Projects (Jakarta & West Papua, Indonesia) - USD$1.1B Fluor Daniel (joint organization w/ Petrosea) Feb 2021 - Feb 2024Led the home-office pre-construction-execution team(prior to site mobilization) to bring both projects through engineering and procurement development phases including creation of WBS, Path of Construction, Engineering Work Packaging and Site Establishment. Developed all site contracts and created budget and change management framework for both sub and prime contracts. Outlined both green and brownfield considerations for progressive completions, turnover and operational readiness. Moved with both projects from office to field.Roles included: Engineering Interface Manager, Site Construction Manager, Advanced Workface Planning Manager and introduced HSE & Security Planning, Logistics and Materials support, Prime & Sub Contract creation, Estimating, and Program Management Support. Accountable for organizing and optimizing construction execution collaboratively with engineering, contracts, procurement, quality, safety and completions. Responsible to the client for delivery of SAG & Copper Cleaner circuit facilities in the demanding West Papuan highlands environment. Primary interface with local and international contractors and vendors. Established path of construction, preservation, commissioning, first fills, constructability, modularization/pre-assembly programs, heavy equipment program and progress measurement processes and executed cost and quality efficiencies for program and projects. Established change management systems and optimization of the triggers to change, including RFI, NCR, OSD, and variable operations interface issues in a brownfield program. System-driven, priority turnover was established with a registered Completions Database and interfaced with both turnover and commissioning teams and is highlighted in my experience.

Encana’s Home Office CM responsible for developing and administering construction execution strategies and teams for a suite of key facility projects within the Duvernay and Montney plays. Developed teams providing a repeatable and consistent framework for the delivery of engineering and equipment to support controlled and sustainable execution in the field.

Reporting directly to the Enbridge Project Manager of the Eastern Access Edmonton project, I was responsible for all construction related deliverables for the Eastern Access Edmonton project located at the Enbridge Edmonton Terminal.

$2.3 Billion ($690 Million Hydrogen)• Responsible for the successful gate handover to construction of the project during EDS and implementation of all construction and modularization processes on the Suncor Voyageur Secondary Upgrading Hydrotreating and Hydrogen Plants. Duties included management of the prime contractors and horizontal contractors and integration with all other project teams on the project. I was also responsible for the creation of the constructability program, contract and scope documents, as well as the Construction Management Plan. Management of on-site project safety, quality, controls and engineering staff rounded out my accountabilities to the project. • Seconded to 2010 Turnover Team and represented Area Management Duties for the U2-Cokers and Extraction Areas. Duties included facilitation of an all-integrated effort between contracts, planning, and operations.
