About Tim Cowell

I was a co-founder of Tokairo Ltd in 1996 which we sold in 2006 to a Plc but subsequently re-purchased in 2011 (with co-owners Dan Wajzner and Kim Kuykendall) and re-branded as Document Logistix Ltd. We now employ some 40 staff in the UK plus a regional office in Austin TX.DLX is an exciting company with some very good staff, great product and a wide variety of long term customers. We never stand still, there are always new challenges and opportunities at Document Logistix. Our products are now award winning (best Workflow in 2018 and best DM in 2019 and best Workflow BPM in 2020) and we continue to develop and enhance to keep ahead of market demands and trends. Although my history is in software development (the original v1 of our product was my handy work) I now play a hands on role in pretty much all areas of the business. But I still love to delve into code when I can find an excuse.Specialties: Business and Systems Analysis, Spotting and taking Opportunities, Getting people to buy into a vision. Delivering despite the odds. Communication to a wide audience of varying skills. And I can still show the young developers a thing or two occasionally.I love solving technical problems. I hate being interrupted by people trying to sell stuff I don't want. If you message me and don't get a response that is my response, sorry but I can't respond to everything or nothing would get done.

    I initially joined Epson as a software engineer working at their R&D facility developing firmware for Video displays (EGA/VGA) and modems (V42/MNPetc..) as well as PC based end user applications / utilities.
