Mr. Coyle is a senior member of the firm, where he leads the firm’s Public Sector Law Group representing governmental entities. A substantial part of his practice is devoted to matters involving housing, commercial and residential development and municipal finance. He has represented numerous municipal and quasi-municipal organizations and has experience in HOPE VI, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, New Markets Tax Credits and mixed-finance transactions. In addition, he is a SBA Designated 504 Closing Attorney and also serves as Bond Counsel and Issuer Counsel for Municipal Bond Issues. Mr. Coyle served as the firm's Managing Partner for twelve years.REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE:Counsel for various Municipal and Quasi-Municipal organizations. General Counsel for the Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority. Member and Advisor to various committees and study groups of the Virginia General Assembly.
