I started a contract with EIT in March, 2014 as the Safety Lead on Site at Conoco Phillips/Surmont 2 site. I have various duties which include more than just safety Lead. The safety position entailed Inspections, reports, safety meetings, tailgates. The position then evolved into more of a coordination position. I then took on other tasks such as Travel Coordinator, Document Control, Administrative Duties, Logistic Coordinator and more. My tasks were:• Hold weekly safety meetings• Develop New JSA's, Safe Work Procedures, & Safe Work Practices• Perform Informal and Formal Safety Inspections• Work with the client and my management on keeping the people and the equipment safe• Organize Commercial Flights, Charter Flights, & Bussing for all workers and Mgmt.• Collect QA related documents for audit purposes and final turnover to client.• Tracked NDE reports, pre-heat and PWHT charts received from client and subcontractor• Updated construction punch lists to send to client daily• Maintained equipment preservation logs for the client and turnover• General admin duties to both QA/QC Managers on site• Tracked and kept up to date all procedures, quality assurance reports, quality bulletins, RFI’s, NCR’s related to the job on site.• Created and maintained the filing system of all documents and drawings pertained to the job• Issued latest revisions of all documents and drawings transmitted to site• Transmitted documents, drawings and test packages to client and subcontractors• Began creating binders for final turnover to client• Handled office supplies orders • Booked camp accommodations for all sub contractors on site
