CurrentOffer insurance to qualifying employees when they become eligible. Handle enrollments and billings for insurances including health, dental, life, disability, vision, and AFLAC policies. Monitoring employee hours. Handle all FMLA, Workers Comp, life insurance, and short term disability claims. Give employment verification and paystub summaries. Enter new hires and terminate employees. Verify I9 forms are complete. Ensure the company is in compliance with all ACA regulations. Complete 1095 forms for qualified employees. Distribute W4 forms for current and past employees. Offer and enroll qualified employees for insurances, both health and supplemental. Complete and verify all insurance billings and create vouchers. Monitor and ensure all labor regulations are followed, especially for minors. Monitor and track employee crew meals. Monitor delivery drivers to ensure they remain approved. Update car insurances, license renewals, and MVR updates with our insurance carrier. Assist in insurance negotiations and offer recommendations. Work closely with upper management and insurance reps during and before open enrollments and special enrollments. Handle employee complaints. Answer all unemployment claims. Invoice employees for insurance premiums while on leave.
