Continuously involved in working with young people since the age of 19, both employed and voluntary. I have dedicated my life to facilitating young people grow in faith, learning, confidence, skills and experience. I am now based in the Cotswolds in a friendly rural church as Youth Ministry Leader, serving local young people exploring faith, and mentoring for TLG in local schools.I Have a passion for youth work, for young people to have a youth worker, and the training and equipping of youth workers. I also have a big heart for young people whose parents serve God in other cultures. My wife and I raised two great kids, worked abroad In the Sultan Of Oman and Turkey and built a house together; and in a team of good friends planted Acts2 Youth church and Hope Church in WsM.I enjoy spending time with family and friends and playing my guitars. I'm fascinated by history and loved wandering the back streets and museums of Istanbul. My perfect afternoon would be brewing up the Ghilley for a cuppa and carving a spoon in the woods. Though, down a hole with a trowel, uncovering some archaeology would also be grand way to spend my time. I love wild camping in the hammock, hiking and exploring new places. I'm also, pretty handy round the house fixing things to give them a new lease of life and rarely walk past a skip without having a good look.
