Tim is the Service & Operations Manager at Source Central, where he handles the daily operations along with assisting in planning for future works of the company.The focus for his team is to ensure that they are able to deliver the highest quality end user experience along with ensuring smooth daily IT operations.Working in the IT industry for the past 17+ years in a number of sectors including Private Education, Finance, Emergency Services, Government and General Corporate has given Tim insight to different industry requirements. He has worked at Source Central for 7 years starting in an on-site engineering role and processed into his current position as the opportunities have opened. This has given him insight over time to all levels of IT and support, along with an every growing understanding of this shifting landscape.Tim holds a Bachelor of Information Systems from the Australian Catholic University (North Sydney) in which he gained both training in ITSM but also overall business practices.
