About Tim Cusack

I am a highly accomplished senior executive with over 35 years’ experience and a track record of outstanding contribution in senior roles with some of Australia’s leading food companies. Equally adept at leading both large (1200+ FTE) and small (50 FTE), I enjoy building teams for high performance based on collaboration and empowerment through clearly defined accountability and responsibility. As leader I am approachable, grounded, and with the ability to make the tough calls as and when required. Never satisfied with the status quo, I challenge and test existing approaches to identify ideas to propel organisations to higher levels of performance.
