He is a certified Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP) with proficiency in various GIS applications, mapping software, database platforms, and 3D visualization tools.Tim enjoys solving complex technical problems and communicating them effectively to clients and colleagues. He has contributed to several high-profile federal contracts, delivering webinars and conference presentations, supporting business development efforts, and performing direct project work. He has also received a US DOE Civilian Meritorious Service Award for his collaboration and dedication in supporting the USACE.
