I have been involved in the engineering, manufacturing & construtction engineering industries for over 30 years and have developed an extensive skill envelope across many facets of these industries. I have developed what one could call a “Turnkey” skillset that covers sales tendering and closing deals, commercial law knowledge and commercial contract knowledge, especially for the main tier 1 & 2 builders and government projects, design & engineering best practice, labour manufacture best practice, WHS and HR knowledge together with initiatives such as Lean 6 Sigma.I am familiar with environments that have a high operational tempo and have developed the ability to influence teams and maintain cohesion and consistency whilst under pressure to achieve outcomes.Above all I have a passion to lead and manage to deliver projects to the highest standards by applying my knowledge to help develop teams and individuals to achieve profitable exciting outcomes for all to share in the reward of success through job satisfaction. Outside of work I volunteer as President to one of the states Lifesaving clubs, teach martial arts and instruct shooting courses. Similarly to my professional career, I enjoy leading, mentoring and giving back what I have learnt to the community. For my community service I was awarded Frankston City Councils Citizen of the Year in 2021.
