• Developed curriculum, doctrine and policy for a challenging combined U.S. Army/United States Marine Corps schools, designed to train master trainers for the Marine Corps and Army armor force• Liaised between and facilitated communication between the USMC and the Army; facilitated policy and doctrine process verifications, changes, and efficiency improvements• United States delegate for the 2011 Annual International Tank Master Gunner Conference; coordinated interoperability between 17 participating countries• Developed and evaluated the course used for the annual Marine Corps tank gunnery competition• Collaborated with German engineers and armor professionals to convert surface danger zones (minimum safe distances) from German to U.S. standards for newly developed tank main gun ammunition• Worked with outside agencies to develop 3D modeling of ammunition flight characteristics in order to better explain minimum safe distances of main gun ammunition • Conducted government acceptance testing on the Advanced Gunnery Training Simulators to ensure they met the standard required for tank gunnery evaluation• Developed training and readiness standards that ensured crews, sections, platoons, companies, and battalions were adequately trained to meet all mission essential tasks
