Sales Strategy development and implementation Key contributor for the development of the JDE Sales Strategy based on consumer / shopper insights as well as on the category expertise and knowledge of the existing trade channels Deploy the in-store Sales fundamentals standards (distribution, shelving, merchandising) for the JDE brands and ensure monitoring and tracking system are in place. Distributor Management Develop a productive working relationship with Distributor’s sales and marketing management teamImplementation the Route to Market Strategy and lead the recommended actions of the Joint Business Plans with distributors (trade investment, coverage, etc.) Providing functional leadership to secure Distributors salesforce capacity and capabilities to deliver volume and NOS objectives Identify and recommend solutions for critical systemic issues related to the business and/or organizations with the support of the JDE multi-functional team Overlook new channel development ensuring the proper organization focus and coverage if necessary (i.e. on-line) Category Sales planning Create and deploy Sales activities plans for specific markets, segments and trade channels and align them with all internal and external parties (Marketing, Sales Force, Distributors, etc.) Manage the JDE promotional budget and recommend JDE brands promotional strategy and activities to distributors Establish reporting systems for JDE brands performance in different trade channels and key retailers, accountable for market data collection and analysis of competitive activities Contribute as Key stakeholder to the sales forecast process (Monthly cycle, S&OP, VCP) in collaboration with JDE distributors and Demand Planning function
