Held many key roles for the leading developer of web based virtual agent technology as the company grew from start up to a recognized leader in the industry. Primary liaison between Next IT and strategic customers including the United State Army Human Resources Command (HRC), United States Army Accessions Command (USAAC), BECU, and Alaska Airlines.
