We bought winemakers, brewers, and engineers on staff to help us make a better product, expanded the buildings, capabilities, offerings, and hunted key staff members to help us bring more value to our base. Tanktemp is the premier glycol manufacturer, installer and maintenance team solely focused on the winery, brewery, distillery, and hemp processing markets. The 45 plus years of legacy that was Tanktemp is now expanded to a national level. With our founder Curt Jungwirth still directing us, we are supporting his ingenuity with engineering and skilled labor.Every other member of the team has a minimum of 5 years of refrigeration or install experience and most are over 10 years. I oversee it all and drive the direction with massive input from everyone. The overall growth plan is to never lose the foundation of quality and service we are known for, with Tanktemp we don't see clients we see friends in the industry. My role was to develop and maintain vertical market integration and sales program to achieve top growth of profits. Marketed and sold print related services to a self-developed client base of creative agencies and direct clients. Managed reps to gaining “access to power” through targeted account sales program. Direct management of CSRs and support staff assigned to graphics, production, and fulfillment. Created partnership programs to allow for project success. Established digital document division 1995 through a two joint ventures and publishing/ad sales department in 2002. During my tenure with Lithtex grew from 4 million in annuals to 15 million in annual sales.
