Responsible for the startup and operation of the new Jimblebar Iron Ore Mine. Jimblebar is a fully FIFO mine out of Perth and was completed 6 months ahead of schedule. The operation is now fully operational and continuing to ramp up.

Responsible for all Mining Operations at Peak Downs Mine. This included; 6 Draglines, Truck and Shovel Operations, Coal Mining, Dispatch, Pumping and Earthworks and Drill and Blast.

Responsible for the running of the Mining Department at Dawson Mines. The mine consisted of 3 mines and during my time I was responsible for the rollout of the brownfield expansion. The expansion included the startup of 2 x 4100XPB shovels, 32 x 797 rear dumps, multiple excavators and other ancillary equipment.A significant cultural change program was implemented during this time.
