Responsible for developing and executing full life cycle recruiting/sourcing strategies to identify top talent for cleared technical positions, task include:Responsible for maintaining a partnership with all business units; Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Program Management, Business Development, Contracts, and Quality in order to develop and hit yearly headcount needs. Responsible for maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates through cold calling, networking and establishing relationships with candidate pool.Utilize online tools to attract talent; i.e. Clearance Jobs, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, Google, etc.Stand up and utilize ATS iCIMS, ADP & People Fluent for tracking and moving candidates through workflow.Conduct first level pre-screening/qualification. Understanding of the Boolean search language and how those search principles apply to both internet and database searches. Communicate with business managers/human resources to effectively qualify requirements to ensure the right candidates are sourced and hired for the business needs.

Responsible for developing and executing full life-cycle recruiting/sourcing strategies to identify top talent for technical positions, task include:Responsible for maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates through cold calling, networking and establishing a candidate pool within an internal ATS/Excel.Utilize online tools to attract talent; i.e. Clearance Jobs, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, Monster, etc. Effectively influence passive and active job seekers.Conduct first level interviews, technical preview, and salary negotiation and coordinated various rounds of interview.Maximize profitability by negotiating pay rates with consultants based on position requirements.Facilitate on-boarding process for new employees from offer to first day orientation including: extending and acceptance of offer letters, verified background checks/drug screens are started and completed in a timely manner, completed I-9 verifications, if needed verified clearances in JPAS and made sure candidates arrived for their established start dates. Manage and maintain contact with employees on assignment until their contract ended or until the candidate converted to full time employment status.Understanding of the Boolean search language and how those search principles apply to both internet and database searches. Counsel employees with questions regarding human resources issues. Communicate with Hiring Managers, On-Site Talent Acquisition personnel and internal Account Managers to effectively qualify requirements to ensure the right candidates are sourced and hired.
