Satellite Transmission and Reception.As a smaller, but rapidly growing, regional sports network, engineers at our facility are responsible for every aspect of behind the scenes technology to keep our channels on air without any issues. We must keep a cool head under sometimes stressful situations, troubleshooting issues to a quick resolution. I really enjoy working with the other engineers and our great staff to solve problems. I also handle the scheduling of our staff, working with time off request and coverage.
