Beginning at Toyota Motor sales and having worked in National Sales Department, Warranty, Vehicle supply, Business development, Regional Sales, and Customer service departments, I have a broad view perspective of business from supply chain to profitibility. Toyota goes to great lengths to give a very broad knowledge of the process so as you move through management roles, you are aware not only of your immediate goals and concerns, but the overall goals and concerns of Toyota as a whole.Moving to Gates, my first role was as the Denver District manager for our NAPA group where i managed the largest district in the Mountain region. after taking my district from an inherited sales shortage to a substantial surplus, I was able to help push the region over the top to hit our regional sales goal for the first time in over 5 years.Upon accepting my next position at Gates in Application Engineering, I immediately went to work with some of our distributor's largest OEM accounts to help build engineering relationships that are still in place and help Gates products to be specified on prints as the best possible product for that platform. In addition to working with customers, I managed multiple projects and inventions that were launched to market resulting in profitible product sales for Gates Corporation.In my current role as Vice President I am looking for new distributors to partner with or add outright to the Hydratech family. I'm also happy to manage customer relationships with Hydratech and assure our customer's success in smart inventory management, VEVA cost savings analysis, and proper selection of hydraulic components to meet whatever needs they may have.
