In October 2012, Tim was appointed to lead the strategic direction of Cimarron’s IT department and serve as SharePoint Architect & lead implementation consultant on various SharePoint, Knowledge Management & collaboration technology projects for Cimarron’s customers and partners. Within Cimarron, Tim has brought about the adoption of Office 365 as a collaboration platform, as well as a move to server virtualization, data center co-location and utilization of Microsoft Azure for internal projects.

Chief architect and evangelist for SharePoint throughout Cimarron's internal staff. Principal liaison for the company's SharePoint 2007/2010/2013 customers. Lead of the Cimarron SharePoint team; Principal on development of the "Gears" business knowledge management solutions.

Served as Constellation Program liaison to ESMD for customizations and application updates for NASA’s Exploration Systems Integrated Collaborative Environment (ICE). Provide project management, solution design/architecture for configuration/data management needs using enterprise content management tools provided by ICE. - Co-Developed a strategy for attacking and establishing NASA-Constellation Program organizational content management systems.- Served as product specialist for NASA- Constellation Program’s Enterprise Engineering Environment’s PLM solution and Web 2.0 collaboration technologies.- Served as Business Analyst for NASA-Constellation Program’s Ares Vehicle Integration Office

Served as lead for CIO for IT Security documentation compliance and control development at NASA’s Johnson Space Center (JSC). Served as Deputy C&A Official (CAO/d) for the Johnson Space Center and oversaw a team of three responsible for development or training in policies and compliance tools. Served as primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for JSC’s Network Access Control Board (NACB), IT Steering Council (ITSC) and the Center CIO.Advanced Federal IT Security Policy Mandates by:- Developing compliant documentation templates.- Participated in evaluation and development testing of compliance tools.- Created and configuration managed Center IT Security Compliance Procedures documentation.- Coordinated the all activities and related training to new FISMA and NIST compliance mandates.

Created and implemented brand strategy, media planning, new product launches, product development, marketing and sales plans for all new and established artists within Sony Music family (Columbia, Epic, Wind-Up Records, J Records, Zomba/ Jive, and RCA Records). Consistently met established or exceeded sales quotas for major release projects.Oversaw design and implemented various sales and marketing plans determined by national and regional management. Oversaw artist activities (tours, artist appearances, PR opportunities) throughout marketplace that included Houston, New Orleans, Corpus Christi, South Texas.
