Deltares employs over 800 people and is based in Delft and Utrecht.My tasks:- Responsible for the Deltares budget 2018, content & process(deadlines, meetings, stakeholders)- Introduced a new type of forecasting, for the forecast 2017- Made several reports with new insights for P&C cylcus. Managed a bottom line impact project at Shell Refinery Pernis. I was able to improve the PC administration and to reduce the total PC count of Shell Pernis. The total annual savings amount to 360K. The time window of the project was 2,5 months.

Mijn taak was het ondersteunen van de senior marketeer; het ontwerpen van nieuwe advertenties, presentaties maken, helpen met CSR & het ondersteunen van de sales afdeling. Ook ben ik deels verantwoordelijk voor het MVO beleid van de organisatie. Enkele andere taken waren: voorraad optimalisatie, meedenken & uitwerken van de online strategie van de organisatie, assisteren bij een grote overname & helpen bij procesoptimalisaties voor de logistiek. We started a company named Care-Underwear. With Care Underwear we are distributing washable healthcare underwear for incontinent and flatulent people. Our underwear is way more sustainable and financially advantageous than the disposable diapers that are currently used on a very big scale. They work just as good as the disposable diapers but look and feel like normal underwear which makes people feel better and give them the confidence they need. With our underwear we are solving a big problem for people and also contributing on saving the environment and that is why our goal is to replace the incontinence diapers with our washable incontinence underwear. Our company was the best start-up in the minor.
