- In charge of the implementation and maintenance of computer network systems for select clients, with activities including the diagnosis of client hardware performance and reliability issues, and the implementation of hardware monitoring tools, performance monitor, windows and vmware.- Acts as a lead problem solver for the company, with responsibilities including a role as Tier 3 (T3) escalation point for a team of seven technicians for the most advanced, technical problems generated across all clients, and proactively conducting performance improvement tasks centered on client exchange services- Develops and deploys a suite of information security solutions, including: Regular review of client systems and architecture centered on threat detection; Assessment of system tickets and assignment of work tasks by staff skill set and expertise; Remote monitoring of client firewall and usage data; Proactive patching of server and firewall vulnerabilities; Creation of system documentation and network diagrams for technician and client support- Performs services related to cloud, including reviews of automated client back-up protocol on cloud platforms and implementation / maintenance of onsite cloud storage servers
