Current• Working from Engineering drawings and inspecting machined and fabricated parts ranging from small bespoke components to structural weldments up to 5.1m tall.• Inspecting both in house and at Suppliers premises• Familiar with a wide range of measuring equipment and confident with their use.• Used to working to fine tolerances in a range of materials.• Identifying non-compliance and creation of Non-Conformance Reports.• Root cause analysis to resolve re-occurring quality issues.• Corrective action initiation and resolution with external suppliers• Proposing design improvements using the Co. Engineering change process.
