Managed the Hyperion products (formerly Brio) as the Hyperion administrator and as a senior report writer. Converted the Hyperion Performance Suite (Unix) from 8.x to Hyperion System 9.x (Windows). Led several conversions from a business intelligence perspective, creating new reports, as well as modifying existing reports to ensure the end client received all necessary financial information. Created all conversion quality assurance reports for a successful and balanced conversion of data from the clients’ old system to the TSYS Loyalty Platform. Streamlined several reports as the data sets grew using using hints and stored procedures to ensure reports completed within time specifications. Developed dashboards and reporting solutions using JavaScript. Used Java programs to trigger jobs, verify users, and add new jobs. Created queries using the Hyperion repository, batch files and schedules to ensure all service level agreements for the company's bank clients were met.

Resolved technical issues concerning Hyperion Performance Suite, On Demand Server, Broadcast Server, Databases, Servlet Engines, Web Servers and Client tools including Insight and Designer. Worked on issues from clients on various operating systems including Windows XP, 2000, 2003, Unix AIX and Solaris systems. Managed escalated calls concerning issues with web services, performance tuning and client products. Maintained a high volume of incoming service requests while keeping a higher then average customer satisfaction rating. Worked on projects for the customer support area including upgrading and training for the customer support tracking system, Siebel.
