Make sourcing project, develop reliable supplier, negotiate quotation and follow orders. 3.Make products documents for develop new client. 4. Formulate products quality control system, arrange QC to inspect goods. 5. Deal with any compliance, provide high quality after-sales service.

1、To provide trading agent and logistics service for customer and make sure the project in good control, and coordinate customs clearance, inspection, logistics and accounting department to give complete and qualified supply chain service. 2、To analyze import business in advance and realize the products and trading requirement for avoiding business risk, ensure customer receiving the goods on time.3、Balance accounts on time according to contract, to make receipt bill for customer confirming and payment collection. Analyze the business status to forecast capital payment in advance. 4、According to company rules, put in data in ERP system on time and accurate, and finish the business target.

1.Handle RFQ process as per sourcing project and negotiate the best terms and prices. 2.Place order to supplier according to confirmed sample with packaging. 3.Control and review purchasing contract, input product information to management system, follow up production and lead time, deal with any issues before shipment. 4.Report project schedule to US office, meeting online on time. 5.To make product quality specification, and arrange QC to inspect goods before shipment.

1. Responsible for import and export management, and contact with overseas suppliers, ensure customers receive the products in time. 2. In charge of customs clearance and inspection work, make all the documents in commercial circulation legalized. 3. Select appropriate freight forwarder to control logistic cost. In charge of check and pay tariff with various of charges. 4. As per policies of Waigaoqiao free trade zone to handle trans-shipment business and re-sending products for repairing. 5. Check products data in SAP system, ensure no mistake in payment.
