Tim Dotson serves as Principal at Roo Partners collaborating with top private equity firms and their operating companies with a focus on providing clients and candidates with the results and attention they deserve. Prior to Roo Partners, Tim worked as a Director at McDermott + Bull Executive Search supporting the national Healthcare Practice where he focused on partnering with mid-market PE backed businesses. Prior to M+B, he spent 4 years at Blaise Group International,  a boutique retained executive search firm. At BGI, he worked with private and public pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in the U.S., Canada, and Europe, building long-standing relationships with the industry’s top business professionals and executives.
