Responsible for the Austin District’s profit and loss and oversight for all of the functions (e.g., operations, sales, service, and finance). Responsible for managing project team in the Austin District to ensure that the District and Area financial objectives are met and that Crown Castle operational asset management standards and procedures are properly implemented. Responsible for coordinating the collection, maintenance, and quality of data about the Austin District’s assets to ensure that the team maintains an accurate, up-to-date status of the district’s assets. Maintains Crown Castle’s assets in the most cost efficient manner, thereby helping to maximize the yield on those assets. Has a good knowledge of the competitive landscape in the district and uses this knowledge to get more customers on Crown Castle towers faster than the competition.
