Taken on to bolster young support team, to bring depth and experience to the IT Helpdesk and to plan and implement new internal systems to align the company with Microsoft guidelines and best practices. Noted for my continued drive to improve my skills in and out of work time, pushing for process and technical changes to help provide better services to new and existing customer base. Involved in large scale high level customer relocation projects, notably one for a 1,500 users to new headquarters and taking day to day project lead on site.Recognised for my continued hard work and dynamic approach, appointed to the position of IT Consultant in 2010. Mentoring the junior helpdesk team members, visiting customers to consult on new and existing business development needs. Studying for Microsoft MCP Accreditations in Desktop and Server platforms. I have also specialised in email / messaging systems design and implementation based around Microsoft Exchange and more recently Cloud based solutions such as Office 365. Other notable areas of expertise lie in Virtualisation technologies, Wide Area Network / Firewall implementations and migrating older Microsoft Domain Networks to new hybrid solutions, utilising on premises and cloud based systems.
