• Also, was responsible to provide technical support during the design and implementation process to assure the installation meet all the technical requirements in the Scope of Work.

• Responsible for the research, design, and documenting of Fire/Security Systems.
• Worked closely with Sales Engineer to design a complete, cost effective design and solutions that meet or exceeded the customer expectations.
• Used AutoCAD as main design program to also do As-Built drawings after the project was successfully installed.

• Responsible to assist the Systems Group in developing the CAD standards and drawings for the Clover Data, Voice, Video, Audio, and/or Structured Cabling preparation of design drawings.
• Also assisted with the preparation of the Bill of Materials documents, equipment and cable schedules, the documentation of project scopes and As-Built drawing packages.
• Responsible to provide support before, during and post sales cycle.
