Manage the Hosted Data Center Operations Team located in the Boston MA and Norcross GA area. Be accountable for all activities required for Hosted Operations.• Deliver technology operations and Hosted Support Services at established service levels to IT and stakeholders across all the ACI departments.• Actively engage within and outside the IT organization to lead, develop, and implement operational process improvements.• Demonstrate a strong knowledge of ITIL principles and industry best practices with respect to the operation and exception monitoring of our Data Centre Operations setting.• Involved in the Departments ongoing technology planning processes• Motivate and excite the operations team to excel at achieving business objectives.• Excellent interpersonal, diplomacy, written/verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to be coach; Be an educatorProblem & Change Management:• Working as part of the Problem and Change Management team, this role has specific responsibility for the effective management of the Problem and Change Process within the AOD Business unit.• As the Problem manager, identify issues in our environment and enter those into Problem Mgt. Engage all stakeholders, coordinate and facilitate root cause analysis, and issue resolution through to Problem resolution.• Ensure Request for Change records are raised to the required standards allowing full and proper assessment of each R.F.C. In addition, ensure that proper risk assessment has occurred and that a valid business reason for the Change exists along with appropriate Implementation, Test, and Back-out plans are in place.• Be proactive in assisting our team in developing and deploying Continuous Improvement Plans for Problem and Change Mgt.
