Accomplished Business Manager with extensive strategic sales management and business development experience founded on many years of individual sales success.I completed my MBA in 2000 which supported my move into general business leadership roles. I have worked on many multi-million pound Programme Boards ensuring my company contributed to good governance and have managed the executive relationship with Board members and senior managers of the client organisation. I am Chair of the Trustees of a local charity which provides homes for young people leaving the care system or who are otherwise homeless. Would need to live in West Berkshire area.I also have hands-on experience working with Adviza as a mentor with teenagers needing help and motivation as they work to enter the job market. In 2018 I joined the Young Enterprise organisation as a business adviser. As a member of the Rotary organisation I have delivered many Interview Practice sessions for both employment and further education and organise my club's annual Youth Speaks debating competition.
