I specialise in residential real estate development and regeneration for real estate companies, developers and private individuals with wide ranging interests. Main focus is on residential development work including experience of site assembly (including mixed use schemes), development agreements (leases and licences), conditional sale contracts and options (standalone and equalised) as well as experience with disposals.My most recent experience includes acting for residential developers jointly acquiring a large site and negotiating a collaboration agreement and developer’s code.
