About Tim Eakins

Tim is a graduate of Ball State University, Muncie, IN, with an undergraduate degree in Marketing. He spent the early portion of his career in the advertising arena. Progressing through the ranks from sales person to sales manager of the largest single cable ad sales company in the country, he followed that with several new market developments and launches. Before taking his current position, Tim was the Director of a full service advertising agency, servicing clients nationwide, offering a full line of marketing services.In 2001 he began a new chapter as the VP of Sales and Marketing and minority partner for TK Constructors. The opportunities provided by his association with TK has afforded Tim the opportunity to be a part of several related ventures that range from a partner in a finance company specializing in construction lending to ownership in a land development company and now a property management company.
