Compliance Sr. Officer
Current● Lead a workstream supporting the enterprise buildout of the inventory of applicable laws and rules● Developed and manage a 3-year plan, 10mm+ annual budget, and requirement definition for the ingestion of structured regulatory content integrated with the regulatory change management program● Define and maintain process and methodology for structure and ingestion of regulatory content● Manage vendor-based team of data analysts and law librarians responsible for content format definition, ingestion of content within obligation/requirements inventory platform (NGI)● Support development and enhancement of technology platforms implementing Compliance frameworks, standards and processes● Develop and execute end user training and testing (UAT) of core functionality and content review● Support strategic innovation for Compliance with a focus on a regulatory change management platform to enhance ongoing assessment of regulatory risk● Support the design and business case development for a machine learning approach to a federated search of documents across the enterprise
