I have established this business to provide strategic and operational consultancy advice, interim management and support organisations to deliver their objectives I have particular experience within the skills, regeneration and social value sectors, but have also supported health and housing improvement programmes. As part of the Executive Team in PM Training, I was responsible for the business development, contract management and quality of the organisations services delivering apprenticeships, work based training and employmentI managed the corporate charity the Realise Foundation, which has supported over 10,000 people and invested £2m into local communities over the last 10 years.

I was head of the development of corporate policy for the Council, during which time, I was asked to lead the policy and strategy function for the RENEW housing pathfinder• Leadership of a range of corporate policy areas requiring strategic development, communication influencing and management skills. • Led bid developing community cohesion and review of cultural services. • Led research and strategy function directing housing led regeneration of North Staffordshire securing £67.5m funding. • Advised and supported Urban Living Housing Market Renewal Pathfinder redefining their strategy and intervention programme and project managing their scheme update resubmission, resulting in the award of £38m of funding.
