Established to "safeguard and celebrate the heritage of Ipswich Town Football Club" , which was formed in 1878 and currently competes in League One of the EFL. The Society works to ensure the future of the club's physical archive, as well as collect and curate memories from fans, staff and players from across all eras. Projects include a matchday pop-up museum in the FanZone, ad hoc displays and exhibitions around Ipswich and wider Suffolk, as well as working with Sporting Memories in their growing programmes with older people, including those living with dementia. Also supporting the New Wolsey Theatre's upcoming production which will celebrate the 40th anniversary of Town's UEFA Cup win, a sequel to their hit 2018 production, 'Our Blue Heaven', which celebrated the 40th anniversary of Town's FA Cup win.

Role includes event management and media (written and broadcasting).As an extension, I also contribute to ITFC's Archive Project, developing the physical and online archive of the football club's history, with links to the Sport in Museums Network.

Particular focus on internal model developments and the IMAP process, but extendng to ORSA / Pillar 2, Board training and risk appetite. Experience covers UK, EU, EEA and wider international activities.

Lea Valley FC is an amateur football club, established in 2006, to provide organised football to the Hackney and Walthamstow boroughs. I am pleased to have incubated the club through to establishing itself as Hackney's premier amateur football club, providing competitive football for adults and juniors. The club plays (at adult level) on Saturdays at various levels of the Amateur Football Combination, and also has a series of junior teams (under 10s, 11s and 12s in 2012/13) playing in the Echo League.

Responsible for the Internal Models Approval Process for the UK insurance industry ahead of the introduction of the new Solvency II regulatory standard in October 2012.

Development of FSA's S2 implementation plans, including internal mdoel approval process, and developing / delivering external communications strategy for firms and other stakeholders

Supporting policy development around the draft Solvency II Directive, notably with regard to general insurers, reinsurers and application of cat and actuarial models

Development of national level risk pools (e.g. Turkish Catastrophe Insurance Pool, 2001) for governments in Europe, Africa and Asia. Particular focus on natural hazard management and modelling. Development and implementation of stochastic models for insurance underwriting risk and reinsurance optimisation.Wider consulting services to the insurance and reinsurance sector.
