In 2018, I founded Codices with a vision to create a live game that could be played concurrently by millions which ended up being Quizzes and live gameshow content. Our first product, Quiz Kit, has become the most popular interactive quiz show tool on Twitch, engaging over 3.5 million viewers and 17,000 influencers every month. It was also the engine behind the largest interactive quiz show ever on Twitch, with more than 300,000 players participating simultaneously.Beyond Quiz Kit, we successfully produced over 1,000 episodes of a live gameshow content on our platform, Moar and with a load of global brands.

•Lead designer and producer on 3 experimental virtual reality products and prototypes built in the Unreal Engine.•Secured a B2B project to build a data visualisation tool on the HTC Vive virtual reality headset for a global employee share management business. •Delivered consultancy work to talk and demo virtual reality at a range of financial institutions and how to manage live projects.

•Specialised in scoping and managing new development projects in VR, growing revenue to over £1m per year through projects with global brands across entertainment, technology and food sectors. •Managed 3 – 5 creative briefs and projects scoped a week to global clients around development and delivery. •Led cross-functional teams and managed the delivery of VR games and experiences, ensuring quality and on-time launches.

My major responsibilities were to provide high quality solutions and equipment to all my clients in order to achieve business objectives. I worked directly with IT departments over a range of private and public sector organisations to gain an understanding of their future goals and current infrastructure in order to advise and assist on IT ventures.I worked alongside all the major IT manufacturers in the UK who I was persistently trained by and kept informed of the latest solutions.

I was responsible for developing the back end of the site using Java Spring and Hibernate Frameworks as well as offering input on design, front end and learning new technologies to help improve the application. I was also responsible for developing the social network integration and API interaction functionality.

My roles were to cold call customers and persuade them to book appointments in order to help them claim money back in regards to payment protection insurance and credit card charges. In the time I was there I developed my sales technique dealing with around 40 people an hour on an automated dial system. I also had to deal with incoming calls from customers with quires as well as training and supporting new members of staff. I was also consistently one of the top performers on call quality and number of appointments made.

Major responsibilities included ensuring that the kitchen was properly maintained in accordance with health and safety standards and being part of the team responsible for events and hospitality in the club’s function suite. This included dealing with queries from members of the public in relation to the specific layout of the room and any other issues that they may have, to ensure that they were completely satisfied. I was also responsible for ensuring that all stock levels were maintained behind the bar.
