Led 2 packaging teams, packing for different business units. These were for the Industrial and Retail units. Also managed Team Leaders which included completion of annual performance appraisals, KPI’s, holidays, Health and Safety, sickness and absence with all other normal management tasks within the team reporting to the Production Manager.

Led the packaging team, which included 7x packing lines, producing different pack sizes and types. Managed all day-to-day production for these lines, as well as monitoring the quality of the finished goods and labelling.
