I am a Global Executive leading a team that sells Business-to-Business and leads teams that develops environmentally friendly packaging for global Consumer Goods Companies and regional businesses. I help customers bring new packaging solutions from vision to reality and assist them with meeting the needs of their end-market. I have been successful in building trusting relationships with our clients, growing sales, and commercializing innovative products globally. My objective is to gain the trust of each client with a track record of customer success stories; together we find projects that utilize my problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills to develop win-win solutions. I grew up as a member of m my father’s business, learning the importance of hard work, customer relationships and an entrepreneurial spirit. I graduated from Michigan State with a Packaging Engineering degree. After college, I moved to Chicago and sold packaging solutions to a wide range of industries, built customer relationships in several states. I was promoted to Technical Sales and helped manage a project to commercialize an iconic bottle shape for a Global Beverage company. That experience ignited a passion in me to work with customers to develop unique packages to help meet their needs. When I became a Sales Manager, I found another passion: to lead, coach and mentor. I like to challenge my teams to be curious, persistent, and strategic thinkers, to cultivate their customer relationships. My career path brought me back to Michigan with roles where I gained experience in brand management, overall company performance, strategic planning, and innovation prioritizing. With my first Global role, I learned the regional differences in customer relationships and consumer preferences, and the importance of being adaptable. I also became adept at meeting the needs of customers with different regional and cultural preferences.
