Employed as an Associate for Defense Policy under Senior Defense Advisor Lieutenant General Emerson Gardner, USMC (ret.), in which I assist with all aspects of financial defense policy analysis with emphasis on budgetary and current/future procurement programs. Preparation of financial reports, market research, and due diligence/valuation projects for institutional investment clients as well as defense contractors. Developed and manage key company performance metrics and indicators through various analytic tools and programs.

Handle several legislative issues for the office, researching bills and laws, writing co sponsorship memorandums and vote recommendations, and meeting preparation reports for the Senator.

The experience culminated in assisting with the planning and execution of the Secretary's final trade mission to Latin America (CAFTA-DRII).
