In this role at IBM Research my main responsibilities are focused on Accelerated Discovery and consist of:(1) Project lead and head developer of IBM ChemChat: conversational agent powered by LLMs and expert material science and data visualization assistant, full-stack web app (React, Python/Flask, MongoDb, Postgres, Cloudant, Redis) deployed on IBM Cloud OpenShift with various microservices for cheminformatics, semantic search, further knowledge sources(2) Leading and actively working on the development of an autonomous laboratory platform to accelerate materials discovery and reactions exploration and optimization comprising synthesis robots, analytical equipment, and custom software solutions including AI/ML models, and(3) Developing and deploying full-stack web applications for IBM's Battery Research to enable comprehensive data recording, analysis, and integration of AI/ML models as well as customer facing services(4) Experimentally generating high-quality reaction/polymerization data sets and developing AI/ML models for materials/polymer discovery
