I ensure all of our customers have a safe and comfortable journey on both long and short haul flights and provide service to customers seated in both economy and premium economy cabins. I am currently a Cabin Manager overseeing and supervising service and safety procedures performed by Cabin Crew. I also provide Cabin Crew with feedback and coach them in developing in their own careers within the airline. I maintain an excellent relationship with all of our external suppliers such as caterers, cleaners, airport ground staff and office based staff to ensure maximum on time performance targets can be reached and the airline operation runs smoothly.

My role was to support the Cabin Manager and to ensure the smooth and consistent delivery of service in the economy cabin on board long and short haul flights. I would always keep fully up to date with all of the company safety and service procedures and lead a team of up to 6 Cabin Crew to provide our customers with an excellent experience. As part of this role I was seconded to Thomas Cook Scandinavia for 6 months where I worked alongside colleagues from our Scandinavian airline operating flights throughout Europe. This was a fantastic opportunity for me as it allowed me to work alongside a diverse team to provide our customers with an outstanding level of service.

This was a fantastic opportunity to be seconded to Thomas Cook Scandinavia, leading a team of Cabin Crew and looking after customers on flights between Scandinavia and Las Palmas. I work alongside both British and Scandinavian colleagues to ensure all of our customers have a safe and enjoyable flight.
