Manage a team of thirteen analysts and project managers with an operating budget of over $3.4 million. Responsible for primary application support, including: outbound and inbound interfaces; master file maintenance; Tier I help desk support; regression and new version unit and integrated testing; product development; regional practice implementations and participation in strategic projects. Products supported include Epic Cadence, Prelude, Tapestry, Benefit Engine, Chart Tracking, plus legacy ADT and billing systems. These products generate over four million outpatient appointments each year by over twenty-five thousand end users and feed registration data to downstream billing systems generating over $1 billion in annual billed charges.

Provide computer application support for appointment scheduling, registration and chart tracking applications. Develop testing strategies and tools for product upgrades, manage resources for projects, and develop enhancement specifications.Significant Accomplishments:• Served as Epic Cadence application team manager for multi-phased practice implementations. Supervised the design, documentation, development and testing of over 800 custom enhancements deemed critical to the successful implementation of Epic Cadence and oversaw the system build of over 400 clinical departments.• Conducted clinic interviews and data collection activities and converted data into application build.• Coordinated the manual conversion of over 250,000 outpatient appointments• Created standard operating procedures and maintenance guidelines for Epic master files, including: department; provider; visit type and user master files. • Developed Epic application maintenance procedures and guidelines for all products. • Designed and coordinated testing strategies to test maintenance build and new functionality, ensuring design and ease-of-use objectives were met.• Served as acting department manager from 2005 to 2007.
