I managed a portfolio of capital building projects including the refurbishment of the Chapter Arts Centre, Sherman Theatre and the building of Mostyn Gallery. This role involved business and project planning, client liaison and project monitoring.

In 2005 I began the journey of setting up and growing a production and editing company. Once established and generating revenue I stepped back from the technical roles to a managerial position; dealing with all issues relating to growing the business. During that time we worked with established artists including Mumford & Sons, Alcoholic Faith Mission.
