•Director of Global Advanced Manufacturing Role expanded to include General Manager responsibilities for H-D Thailand Assembly Operations, (previously two roles combined to one role increasing my global responsibility). This role includes vertical integration processes of machining, fabrication, paint, and vehicle assembly. The facility serves all motorcycle production for EU and APAC markets totaling 35% of the total global market.•Responsible for all plant performance (SQDCPS) metrics with a continuous record of meeting/exceeding targets.•Drive strategic analysis to determine the most optimal production facility by market •Project champion to increase plant capacity in shifting additional markets to be produced in Thailand. •Oversaw plant expansion and volume growth to yield a 80% annual increase production. •Developed strategy to expand vertical integration capacity in machining, fabrication, and painting. • Global Adv Mfg: o Oversaw manufacturing process design for electric vehicle battery module/pack and electric motor vertical integration. Justified financial benefits to insource EV powertrain manufacturing with approval from Sr Executive Leadership. o Oversaw production process design and launch of first ever aluminum fuel tank fabrication. Direct team executed a silent launch and has increased capacity by 100% since start of production.

•Responsible for launching new products globally across 3 domestic and 2 international sites.•Responsible for innovating manufacturing processes to enable product designs and engineering requirements.•Responsible for standardizing manufacturing processes across all H-D manufacturing and vehicle assembly sites utilizing a Center of Excellence approach for core manufacturing processes of Machining, Fabrication, Paint, and Assembly.•Develops strategy and provides recommendation to Sr. Executive Leadership to internally source or outsource motorcycle component manufacturing.

•Led initiative to build and launch a new Harley-Davidson manufacturing and vehicle assembly facility in Thailand from ground up. •Designed the facility to initially distribute 75% (22 models) of the Harley- Davidson motorcycle products, and have since expanded to include 95% of the models. •Managed the $90M investment on time and within budget. •The project delivered manufacturing, supply chain operations, and sales operations to assemble and distribute to the China and ASEAN markets. •Negotiated with Thailand Government officials for optimum tax incentives. Over $50M of the invested Capital will be recovered through 8 years of paying zero corporate income tax. •Oversaw construction to build a 180K sqft manufacturing site and was awarded a Gold Certificate from LEED.•Strong working knowledge of “regional value content” and “free trade zone” operations.•Led the 2.5yr long project without direct reports, while leading with influence across all functions of the HDMC. •Managed the project 80% remotely while learning and leveraging the local Thailand culture.
