Carry out inspections on Package Equipment Skids and sign off documentation for SMP & Civil activities on the Hub Compressor Station at Roma 02 site Qld.• Inspect and witness, Gas turbine shaft alignments, pump alignments, Structural steel installation and grouting, civil form work and concrete pours, HDPE lined gathering ponds, HDPE piping trenching, bedding, backfill.• Inspect and Witness Hydro and Pneumatic testing of HDPE and carbon steel piping and pipelines, flushing cleaning and air drying to site procedures.• Inspect and Witness welding and golden welds for underground gas and water HDPE and carbon steel pipelines that service the Hub, Well pads, Rugs withdrawal, Pig Launcher & receivers.• Obtain technical input and monitor construction activities to ensure that quality and workmanship meet project standards and specifications.Research and review specifications, codes & standards and prepare technical reports as required. Provide support to Pre-Commissioning and Turnover group (MCPLUS) system, QVD’s hand over.• Mentor and assist contractors where required, ensuring all project documentation as per site quality plan are implemented and maintained.• Comply with all Project Safety Requirements and to ensure all safety standards are followed.
