Created and administered the Town Budget for fiscal years 2006 and 2007. This included both the General and the Utility(Enterprise) funds. In Fiscal year 2007 this totaled more than $1,200,000. Previous budgets had been under $1,000,000.Created the first 5 year Capital Improvement Plan in the Town's history. Maintaining regular contact with all members and holding monthly meetings.
