For the past 23 years, I has worked for organizations such as UPMC Hamot, HealthSouth, and Erie Business Center and has experience in corporate wellness, industrial outreach, human resources, and education. I have experiences with developing work-life balance, essential/functional job analysis, human resource duties such as recruitment, interviewing, selection, onboarding/training, performance management, and termination of employees. For the past ten years, I have been training and prepared workers in the fields of allied health, nursing, information technology, paralegal, and business. I have a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Rockford University and a Master’s of Science degree from Iowa State University. I am also finishing my Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and my dissertation topic includes employee retention, job and organization fit, and workplace empowerment.
