Responsible for IT Governance and Assurance for all activities for the QGC Programmes and Projects. Ensuring alignment with the BG Group global IT strategy and direction, whilst enabling the agility required for delivery of the QCLNG project.

Solution architect working on various projects within the Upstream oil and Gas business unit, as well as the Generation business unit. Project varied from $500K to over $10M in value.Range of projects was extremely diverse requiring skills in SCADA, Document Management, BI, BPM, Roadmapping, and GIS.

Independent Data Services is a privately owned company that provides web delivered upstream oil and gas reporting services. In my time with IDS the company flourished from team of 5 employees, to a peak of 85 at the time of my departure.
